Neither translation tools are perfect. The paragraph i tested came out with different meanings in half of the sentences. But for those who are serious about reading it, it gives a rough approximation of the content.
Directions:
copy the Chinese text and paste it into the large text box. On baidu.com, use the larger text box, select "中文 翻译成 英文“ from the drop down menu in order to translate from chinese TO english. Click the button next to it. Baidu seems to be better at translating Chinese than Google.
